If you have made a reservation with Sync, you will be able to manage it through the Sync app for iOS or Android. Download the iOS app here or the Android app here.
Once you have downloaded it, you will need to log in with the email address you used when you made the reservation. After that, your reservation will appear on the Trips screen, and you will be able to log in and see all the details about it. You will also be able to contact the Vehicle Provider from there for whatever you need (we remind you that, for your own safety, it will be important to make all communications through the app).
You will also be able to cancel the reservation from there, change its dates, or talk to Sync customer service.
