The release of your guarantee takes place when our system is informed that the vehicle has been delivered to your Host. This can be done in two ways:
- By you, the renter, as soon as you click “End Booking” through the Sync app. Note that you should also ask your Provider to do the same in their own Sync app.
- If you are unable to do it through the app, the release will be automatically done 3 hours after the scheduled end of the booking. At that time, our systems assume that you delivered it since no one informed us.
However, in order to have your bank account updated about the release, it will also depend on the Bank you work with. Usually it happens between a few hours, to up to 1-2 working days.
