To request a refund, contact your host through Sync messages. A written agreement must be in place before we can process your request.
Eligible Refund Requests
You may request a refund from your host for agreed-upon expenses. This agreement must be documented in writing within Sync messages.
Refunds cannot be requested for costs that are a standard part of a booking, such as:
- Fuel replacement
- Traffic tickets
- Toll fees
- Costs related to policy violations
Receiving a Refund
To process a refund, you must contact Customer Support. If there is no documented agreement between you and the host within Sync messages, we will be unable to assist, and you will need to resolve the issue directly with your host.
