There may be instances where your booking exceeds the exact 24-hour cycle, either due to a planned extension or a delay in returning the car.
If your booking surpasses the precise 24-hour cycle, we calculate the additional charge as follows:
- Delay of up to 30 minutes beyond the 24-hour cycle = No charge
- Delay of 31 to 120 minutes = Charged at half of the daily rate
- Delay of more than 121 minutes = Charged at the full daily rate
The return time is determined by the moment you, as the guest, complete the checkout process via the Sync app.
