During your booking process, you will be shown the available protection plans for the vehicle you choose. Typically, the plans we provide are:
- No protection: this means that you do not pay any additional costs. In this case, we may be asked by your Provider to make a charge after the booking, in case of problems or damages.
- Protection plan (with a different name depending on the type of vehicle): in this case you pay a small additional amount and you are not responsible in case of damages.*
No guarantee
Please note that no matter which plan you choose, we do not hold any guarantee when you make the booking. The amount that will be charged is the basic cost of the booking, plus any additional costs you choose for a protection plan.
* Note: purchasing a protection plan does not exempt you from liability for "small" claims from your provider for issues such as:
- Tickets and fines during the reservation
- Violation of the smoking policy
- Extra fuel or car charging.
- Excessively dirty vehicle, beyond its reasonable use.
- Using kilometers in excess of the allowed.
