Once you complete a booking, you can rate it, evaluate specific aspects of your experience, and leave a written review.
Understanding Ratings and Reviews
By leaving a review for your booking, you have the opportunity to share honest feedback about your experience. A booking review consists of two elements: a rating and a written review. Ratings allow you to give your experience an overall score from one to five stars. A written review lets you share detailed and specific comments about your booking.
If you rate a booking, we encourage you to also leave a review explaining why you rated it the way you did. Your rating and review will appear on the host’s vehicle listing—and theirs on your profile—once both of you have submitted reviews or 10 days after the booking ends, whichever comes first.
Submitting a Booking Rating and Review
Once your booking is complete, you have 10 days to review it. We’ll notify you when the review window opens and remind you before it closes. To review a booking, follow the link in the notification email, tap the notification in the app, or open the "Bookings" tab and select the reservation.
You can rate the overall booking experience and provide ratings for cleanliness, communication, convenience, listing accuracy, and maintenance. We will also ask you to write a public review.
Double-check your ratings and written comments before submitting your review. Once submitted, you won’t be able to change your ratings or written review, nor will you be able to leave a review if you forget to do so. If you miss the 10-day window, you won’t be able to submit a rating or review.
We encourage you to rate and review every booking, especially those that stood out as exceptionally positive or negative.
Note: In most cases, Sync cannot accommodate requests for review removal. Please review the guidelines for removing a review before submitting a request.
