Why would a policy violation prevent me from making a car reservation?
To ensure that Sync remains a safe, trustworthy, and secure platform, we may remove members who have violated Sync’s rules. In some cases, you may have received a warning first. In other cases, we may have removed you from Sync immediately.
How can I resolve this issue?
If you violate any Sync policy, one of the community guidelines, or Sync’s Terms of Service, we will notify you by email. The email will specify which rule you violated, whether you can dispute our decision, and when. Unless the email we sent you states that you can appeal, our decision is final and cannot be reversed.
