What happens when I close my account?
When you close your account, Sync will:
- Cancel any bookings you have scheduled from the time your account is closed. These bookings will be subject to the Cancellation Policy, so depending on the timing, you may incur a cancellation fee.
- Hold you responsible for the payment of any unpaid fines, tolls, fees, refunds, or claims related to past bookings. Your account cannot be closed if you have an outstanding claim or balance.
- Remove any vehicles you have listed on the platform.
- If you decide to reopen your account, you will need to contact us first.
