- The new location must be one that the host already offers for delivery—unless they agree with you on something different.
- We may modify your delivery fee if the price for delivery to the new location differs from the price for the original location.
You can request a new pick-up or return location by contacting your host via Sync's messaging system.
It’s important to use the Sync app for this communication and avoid using the host's personal phone number or email (if they provide it), as this will ensure you have proof of your agreement in case something goes wrong.
